These terms apply to your use of the Sableporch website and to any purchase you make from us. By using the site or placing an order you agree to them.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm dispatch. Prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and can change at any time, but a change does not affect an order already confirmed. We may cancel an order, with a full refund, if an item is unavailable or a price was shown in error.

Payment is taken at checkout through the payment methods offered there. Payment details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by us.

3. Delivery

Delivery is described in our Shipping policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

4. Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are described in our Refund policy. Nothing in these terms limits any legal rights you have as a consumer.

5. Product information

We try to describe and show our products accurately. Colours on screens can differ slightly and small variations in size or finish can occur. Products are intended for normal domestic use, and you should follow any instructions and safety information supplied.
